Online Courses Refund Policy
For online courses, the following refund policy applies:
- No Refunds: Once you have enrolled and gained access to an online course, no refunds will be provided.
Offline Courses Refund Policy
For offline courses, including those with installment payment options, the following refund policy applies:
- Non-Refundable: Offline course registrations are non-refundable once processed.
- Installment Payments: If you opt for installment payments for an offline course, you are committed to completing all payments as agreed upon during registration.
Refund Process
We do not offer refunds for online course enrollments. For offline course registrations, including those with installment payment plans, cancellation or withdrawal will not result in a refund of any fees paid.
Exceptions
The following exceptions apply:
- Course Cancellations: In the event that ProRelix Education cancels an offline course, you will be notified and provided with alternative options or a full refund of any fees paid.
